• Applicants should hold 3 year Full time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ institution with minimum 55% marks.

• The TECHNICAL OFFICER – II will be stationed at different Districts in Assam under the Mission Directorate JJM, Assam as per appointment letter issued by the Mission Directorate. However, he / she must always be ready to work under any difficult or challenging situation in any remote location in the state of Assam. The candidate will be given the option to indicate the divisions of his/her choice in order of preference, for posting. The candidate is advised to mark only those divisions where he/ she is willing to work, if selected. The posting will be done as per the preference of the candidate in order of merit, as far as possible. However, the Mission Director reserves the right to post any candidate anywhere in the state.
