Educational Qualification
  • Blood Bank Technologist:
    • 10+2 with Science.
    • B.Sc./Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized institute/university
  • ECG Technician:
    • 10+2 with Science.
    • B.Sc./Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized institute/university.
  • Librarian:
    • Degree from a recognized university of equivalent.
    • Graduate with Bachelor Degree or equivalent diploma in Library Sci. from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Exp. of two (02) years in Lib./computerization of a Lib. OR One (01) year Certificate in comp. application from a recognized institute or equivalent.
  • Gardner: 03 years exp. as a Gardner.
Age Limit
  • Blood Bank Technologist: Up to 55 years.
  • ECG Technician: Up to 55 years.
  • Librarian: Up to 55 years.
  • Gardner: Less than 50 years.
Application Fee
  • One time Registration Fees of Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable) shall be taken at the time of final Joining.
Salary/Pay of ICSIL Recruitment 2020 
  • Blood Bank Technologist: Rs. 32,538/- + Rs. 600/- (Uniform Allowances) inclusive of employee EPF share@12% (i.e. Rs. 1800/-)
  • ECG Technician: Rs.27,195/- + Rs. 600/- (Uniform Allowances) (Inclusive of employee EPF share@12% (i.e. Rs. 1800/-)
  • Librarian: Rs. 32538/- +600 (Uniform Allowances) inclusive of employee EPF share@12% (I.e. 1800/-)
  • Gardner: Rs. 14,842/- As per minimum wages notified by GNCT of Delhi.
